Jo-Monique completed her B.Comm Entrepreneurship degree through Unisa and joined Sanlam in 2010 as a personal assistant. In this role she gained valuable knowledge and experience from the top advisers she worked with. In March 2014 she completed the Sanlam Financial Adviser Training Programme and started working at the Sanlam Hoogland Branch. When Alpha Plan BlueStar was established in 2017, Jo-Monique continued to provide great service and advice to all their clients.

Bekkies Maree is a retired school principal and has 7 years of experience as a senior financial adviser at Sanlam. He strives to provide honest, excellent and friendly service, and this stems from his belief that clients should be well informed so that they may enjoy peace of mind regarding their retirement, risk portfolios and investments. Bekkies is passionate about retirement planning and also offers short-term insurance solutions.

Awie started his career in 1989 after obtaining a 4-year HOD at the Windhoek College of Education. He joined Sanlam in June 1990 as an insurance adviser, before becoming a financial adviser, senior financial adviser and later branch manager of the Sanlam Hoogland Branch in 2006. After 12 years in this position, he joined Alpha Plan BlueStar in July 2018 where he now specialises in pre- and post-retirement planning.

Kanduu is a dynamic adviser who started her financial career at First National Bank of Namibia and later joined Sanlam Namibia in 2015. She has more than 13 years’ experience in the financial sector and provides personalised advice and solutions that are suited to her clients' unique needs. She maintains an honest and open dialogue with her clients to ensure transparency and detailed solutions for long-term success.
