Fund Rules

As part of Sanlam’s endeavour to render outstanding client service, electronic access to the following retirement fund rules are made available to you. These rules govern the retail retirement funds underwritten and administered by Sanlam Life and retail retirement funds administered by Glacier.

Amendments to the fund rules will electronically be updated here as soon as possible after it has been approved by the registrar of pension funds. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that should you have a printed version of a specific fund rule in your possession, that it at all times be the latest version.
