- We have reserved rooms at The Westin Cape Town, Hotel Sky Cape Town, Southern Sun The Cullinan, and Southern Sun The Waterfront Cape Town on a first-come, first-served basis. These hotels are conveniently located near the venue, allowing delegates to walk there. For StayEasy Cape Town City Bowl and Southern Sun Cape Sun, which are not within walking distance, transfers will be provided between these hotels and the conference venue at The Westin Cape Town.

The Westin Cape Town (shuttle will pick up at suggested hotels only) to Cape Town International Airport at 09:00 and 10:00
Flight information
- Please note that if you are flying, you should fly in the day before because of the early start of the conference. This way you may also be able to enjoy some of the interesting and exciting sights Cape Town has to offer.
- Delegates are responsible for their own flight arrangements and the cost will be for their own account
- Sanlam support staff and management to book all flights via Tourvest on TravelIT
- Please ensure that you book your flights timeously to join us at registration between 10:00 – 11:00 on Thursday, 10 October 2024.
- The conference officially closes after the gala dinner on Friday, 11 October 2024; you can therefore book your return flights for Saturday, 12 October 2024.
