Leadership development and succession management are integral to our talent management strategy. We work hard at developing a strong pipeline of internal leaders who are equipped to advance when opportunities present themselves.

The annual CEO Future Leaders and Senior Leaders Conferences create networking opportunities for selected employees to connect with colleagues from across the business clusters and across the globe.

Our core leadership development programmes, driven at Group level, are:

  • Executive Leadership Programme in partnership with the Gordon Institute of Business Science;
  • Senior Management and Business Management Programmes in partnership with University of Stellenbosch Business School; and
  • Graduate Leadership Programme

There is a high level of executive involvement in
these programmes.
